In this role you will review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, prepare corporate governance documents, manage legal operations and outside counsel. This is a unique opportunity for a junior to mid-level attorney to grow their career in a start-up environment.Core ResponsibilitiesReview, negotiate and draft all vendor contractsManage corporate governance in coordination with paralegal.Manage legal operations in coordination with paralegalAct as a project manager for high-volume of work with outside counsel to ensure all matters are meeting deliverables and budgetDepending on experience and interest, become the “in-house expert” for development, construction, project finance, sponsor relations, and other core areas of legal work.Who You AreTransactional attorney with 5-10 years experience at a law firm, in-house or bothExperience in renewable energy, energy, heavy equipment or manufacturing industries preferredAbility to work in a fast-moving environment with a wide range of projects and competing deadlinesPreferred to work in Miami, FL officeMust have work authorization to work in the United States#J-18808-Ljbffr
