Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
2+ years of experience, preferably in high exposure, catastrophic, personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence.
Experience in a billable work environment.
Self-motivated individual with high energy willing to meet deadlines and complete responsibilities.
Superior written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top law school.
Certifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Skills:
Strong litigation skills with experience in taking and defending depositions.
Proficient in drafting motions and other litigation-related documents.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
