Under guidance of CCA’s Marketing Director, understand, adapt and implement Brand Owners’ strategies and key brands guidelines of the following categories: Non-Scotch Whiskies, White Spirits (except Altos) and Prestige Portfolio. Link between BCOs and MCO.Define the strategic vision of the portfolio in charge for the creation and implementation of action plans aimed at achieving the objectives defined for each brand in terms of: C's (connect, convince, convert, consume, continue), market share growth.Develop portfolio and brand strategies tailored to our perimeter and markets to achieve PR CCA objectives.Responsible, under guidance of CCA’s Marketing Director, for preparing strategic presentations for company meetings (national & regional), QBRs, strategic plan process, budget analysis and RF’s.Develop and communicate brand strategy, annual brand plans and promotional calendar activations to Commercial Team & Distributors.Alignment with multifunctional teams: Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, CoE, Consumer Experience, Consumer Insights, Legal, PR & Communications and Commercial / Trade Marketing, to ensure the consistency and requirements of the different areas to achieve the objectives defined in the plans.Develop specific marketing tactics that build on consumer and customer insights to deliver overall and brand objectives.Lead the regional and local development and/or adaptation of BrandCo guidelines, ensuring creative development and monitoring of execution with the team in charge, Consumer Experience, PR & Communications, CoE, and external suppliers, Trade marketing. Ensuring the management of: contract signing, briefing, validation of proposals, execution planning, control and evaluation of all actions. Understand and address the different consumer behaviors, trends, needs and issues according to each key market.Responsible for new product and Innovations launch plan (from volume projection, pricing analysis until effective launch in the markets).Effectively plan and manage the A&P budget, monitor and track all A&P budgets in each key market defining split, channels and regions, proposing prioritization and A&P spend optimizations where necessary.Strategic contribution in meetings in Key Markets, QBRs, with the objective of monitoring the executed plans and align adjustments.Approve promotions aimed at the consumer and guarantee alignment of trade-marketing activities, and Commercial teams.Ensure the compliance of S&R policies in all marketing activities developed and support the global/local S&R platform throughout the fiscal year.Pricing: Clear understanding and management of pricing guidelines set by the BO. Share with the rest of stakeholders and make recommendations adapting to the designated business unit/division.Promotions: Track and monitor product promotions within designated markets. Distribution: Assure clear communication between BO and PR (Logistics & Commercial) with new product launches but also existing within PRCCA Portfolio.Deliver timely and accurate reporting, i.e., monthly comments, activity summary, competition update, etc.Effectively monitor and deliver established KPI’s.Plan along with Sr. Market Intelligence Specialist, all consumer insights, brand research as needed.NPI Process member for CCA – representing CCA’s Marketing team in order to deliver a clear NPI process for the region.PRD Management Committee member – representing CCA’s Marketing Team. Actively participate in monthly meetings, present marketing plans/activations/news.INTERNAL RELATIONSBrand Co, Consumer Experience, Business Intelligence, CoE, Commercial / Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance, PR & Communications to exchange information, coordinate brand strategies, align activities branding, promotions and events. Finance, product price, monthly closings and changes in RFs. Supply Chain, to check the availability of the product. Human Resources, to develop career plans. Legal, to review and adjust campaigns to follow legal policies.EXTERNAL RELATIONSDistributors, BTL and advertising and media agencies to develop brand plans.
