Finance Business Partner . This is a
3 month contract
role paying up to
£31 p/hour
and will be fully office based.Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
Provide high-quality financial information and advice to Divisions and Directorates, ensuring optimal resource use and budgetary control.Influence budgetary accountability through periodic reviews of financial performance, advising on cost efficiency and productivity opportunities.Lead and develop a finance team, delivering effective financial advice and fostering a customer-focused ethos.Provide first-line support in the development and execution of business cases, ensuring robust financial analysis and recommendations.Ensure timely and accurate financial information delivery to internal and external stakeholders, adhering to financial governance and controls.Assess the financial impact of integrated care pathways, providing detailed input into ICB processes and seeking economy-wide financial solutions.Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, standardising processes and improving financial systems for efficiency and effectiveness.Manage the financial service for Divisions, including monthly reporting, cost improvement processes, budgeting, and adherence to financial principles and policies.Previous Skills and Experience of the Finance Business Partner:
Worked within NHS.3 years PQE.Expert knowledge of accounting policies and regulations.Knowledge and understanding of strategic NHS issues and priorities.Interviews and start date ASAP so please apply NOW if interested or send your CV directly.
