Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Experience with large, partitioned tables and query optimization.Ability to read, write, debug, tune and maintain large, complex queries including analytic and aggregation clauses.Experience with PL/SQL including Oracle Object types and Pipelined Table Functions.Familiarity with the Oracle privilege model and how to use PL/SQL procedures to enable specific privileged operations while restricting the privileges of the application user accounts.Experience with partition operations/maintenance including creating, merging, dropping and exchanging partitions.Experience with Unix scripting languages.Ability to work hybrid work model of at least 3 days in the office and the remaining days remote.Desired Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Experience building and supporting large batch systems.Familiarity with DBMS_PARALLEL_EXECUTE.Familiarity with partition based procedural parallelism.

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
