That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.The OMS Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Order Management System. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment across all sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OMS solutions, ecommerce operations, and retail logistics.RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the deployment and configuration of the Order Management System, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Collaborate with our Retail Tech, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to integrate the OMS with existing systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, POS).Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, and returns management.Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations and business SLAs.Monitor and manage inventory levels across all sales channels, optimizing stock allocation to minimize out-of-stocks and overstock situations.Work closely with the supply chain and planning teams to forecast demand and plan replenishments.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor OMS performance and key metrics (e.g., order accuracy, fulfillment rates, lead times).Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of OMS-related projects.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the OMS remains cutting-edge.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.7-10 years of experience in Order Management System (OMS) design and development with a proven track record of successful implementations.Strong knowledge of OMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling, etc.) and their integration with other enterprise systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in a multi-channel retail environment is highly desirable.The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
