As a Senior Network Architect at Sephora, you will be at the forefront of our network strategy, driving the design and implementation of sophisticated, scalable, and secure network solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our multi-cloud strategy and ensuring our network infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Network Engineering.Responsibilities:Architectural Vision and Leadership:

Lead the development and deployment of advanced network architectures, ensuring alignment with Sephora's strategic goals and business objectives.Strategic Network Planning:

Formulate and drive comprehensive network strategies, focusing on scalability, resilience, and future growth.Performance and Optimization:

Oversee continuous network performance evaluations, implementing enhancements to maintain optimal performance, reliability, and availability.Security and Compliance:

Establish and enforce rigorous security protocols and compliance standards, safeguarding Sephora’s network infrastructure.Technical Design Delivery:

Produce high-quality architecture artifacts, including high-level designs, detailed roadmaps, and thorough test plans.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with various technical and business teams, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.We're excited about you if you have:Extensive Expertise:

8-10 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructures across GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments.Cloud and Hybrid Environments:

Proven track record of delivering solutions in hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native environments.Advanced Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches, Aruba APs, Clearpass, F5, and advanced knowledge of Azure UDR, BGP, NSG, ASG, Vnets, VNG, ISE/ASE, Databricks, Redis, and SDN.BGP Environment Mastery:

Skilled in designing, scaling, and troubleshooting large-scale BGP environments.Network Automation Proficiency:

Extensive experience with network automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and proficiency in scripting for network configurations and management.Leadership and Influence:

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale network projects, mentor team members, and drive technological innovation within the organization.The annual base salary range for this position is $194,400.00 - $216,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on various factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education level, certifications, and geographic location. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
