As an

Assistant Director

you will

:Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and

clients

Regularly

monitor

the center's programs to assess program quality and that the children's learning is effectively documented and

visible

Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

What we hope you will bring to this role:Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:Associate

degree

in early childhood education or related field

required with educational plan to complete

bachelor's

degree

professional

child care

teaching experience
