Job Description and Requirements
The Sr. Finance System Analyst will be a part of our FP&A team that supports the fast-growing IP Segment. The FP&A team provides decision-making support to the business, develops accurate budget and forecast, and supplies financial analysis on business results. This position will be responsible for transforming financial planning platform based on Anaplan in use cases such as P&L analysis, financial KPI tracking, and preparation of analyses for presentations, etc.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with finance system team and Anaplan COE (Center of Excellence) team to understand business processes and requirements for effective model buildingCustomize and optimize existing Anaplan models to align with the unique and evolving needs of our IP businessTranslate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into Anaplan modelsDesign, develop, and implement new Anaplan models to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activitiesProvide training and support to end-users and business partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems with a minimum of 8 years of experiencePrior experience with Anaplan, model builder with certifications requiredStrong technical skills, prior experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau and data modelingAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $129,000-$193,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
