The Challenge to Solve
As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be an integral part of the Slice Accounting team, assisting leadership with all aspects of the financial close process and various reporting requirements. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of our financial operations, with a focus on revenue accounting for our online ordering platform and related physical hardware and supplies businesses.
The Role
Manage the daily financial operations of the Company’s revenue cycle related to the physical hardware and supplies businessesOversee the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and cash application for a growing supplies businessPartner closely with FP&A and Financial Reporting teams around monthly variance analysis, management reporting and GAAP reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issuesAnalyze revenue/billings data and provide insights to support decision-makingDrive process improvement and automation efforts to streamline Accounting operations and improve the quality of monthly closeAssist in the documentation of existing and design/implementation of new Internal ControlsCoordinate with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to assigned areas
The Team
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting, with frequent collaboration with other departments. This position will have one direct report at the Senior Accountant level.
