Responsibilities
Detailed tracking of client bills and filings
Manage bill collection and processing
Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills
Respond to client requests and inquiries
Manage vendor relationships and payments
Money movement requests
Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
Assist with client onboarding
Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
Other client and team support, as needed
Requirements
University degree in accounting or equivalent work experience required
Minimum three years experience in accounting providing client services in a family office, wealth management or related field
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Passion for exceptional client service
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to adhere to strict process, control and confidentiality standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle and respond to multiple client and department demands in a timely manner
Compensation
The pay range for this position is
$75,000 – $100,000 per year . Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
