What you'll doIn the position of Technical Program Manager of Business Applications, you will be responsible for managing delivery of solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of Docusign’s GTM processes and applications. As a Technical Program Manager, you will closely collaborate with Docusign’s GTM and scrum teams to deliver projects that will scale our business. The successful candidate will understand the Docusign delivery process and business needs and will think one step ahead of their peers to advance the program week over week.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Partner CRM Applications.ResponsibilitiesCreate project plans and lead the Product and Engineering teams to adhere to milestones and goalsFacilitate cross-functional team syncs using agile ceremonies to deliver effective solutions without compromising quality and timelinessCollaborate with Quality and DevOps teams to ensure test plans and launch plans exist with back-up and restore proceduresAnalyze business requirements and validate against return on investmentCraft user stories in Jira and maintain a product backlogParticipate in organizational change and launch supportAuthor program manifestos, stakeholder maps, project confluence and maintain central repository of project documentationDevelop executive level briefing and use appropriate technologies to enable integration and collaborationManage project risks by reporting, communicating and implementing mitigation strategiesRun quarterly review meetings for the Vice President of Business Applications

Job DesignationHybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasicBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems5+ years project management experience implementing applications in high technology or subscription software organizationsExperience working on an agile scrum team and use of JiraPreferredCritical thinker and advocate of business users without compromising technology teams needsEffective communications skills in using technical expertise with cross-functional partnersExperience working on a PMO teamDemonstrated ability of following throughExcellent presentation skillsTaking initiative of ad-hoc projects

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $128,400.00 - $200,200.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,800.00 - $176,625.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and
