Aurora, IL . This position will support the Materials Solutions Division in order to enable Entegris’ global supply planning and business objectives, while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers.As the company accelerates its growth organically and through M&A’s, the new Supply Chain Planning Director will have the opportunity to shape the S&OP transformation journey to level up supply planning’s maturity and be part of a change agent in driving supply planning excellence in a vertically integrated supply chain.What You’ll Do:Develop, execute, and advocate supply planning strategies, policies and plans to uphold the division's competitive advantage. Seek opportunities to improve, develop, optimize, standardize, and automate work processes.Develop structured and sustainable processes for supply risk management and continuity to achieve target revenue plans and business strategies.Identify modifications and continually transform business practices to take full advantage of the power of technology to meet strategic objectives as the company grows organically.Be an integral player in the monthly S&OP process for the division. Lead teams to translate demand plan into a network supply plan.Implement Rough Cut Capacity Planning enhancement project to provide data-driven constraint risks to revenue and simulate what-if scenario plans, highlighting gaps and driving action plans with milestones tracker.Partner and collaborate with Operation and Procurement team on mitigation plans to close gaps towards Unconstraint Demand and business revenues.Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions with the ability to drive results through a global matrix structure.Identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future issues.Lead and act as an exemplary role model for leaders at all levels, with adherence to the company's culture.Build and sustain a high-performance team by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths across geographies and culture.What We Seek:Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent focus area.10-15 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment supporting 10+ global sites.A recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing marketplace.A strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of supply chain planning strategy and optimization, matched with technical understanding of systems/processes.A creative and analytical problem solver that works well in group problem-solving situations and presents ideas and information in a compelling way with a focus on data.Experience collaborating with and influencing partners to accomplish short and long-term business goals.Demonstrated success leading Sales & Inventory Planning (SIOP).Experience in cross-functional leadership and change management of a globally diverse team.Well versed in strategic use of SAP ERP IBP, Microsoft, and analytical databases e.g., Power BI, Tableau.Willingness and availability to travel as needed to support the job.Outstanding Candidates Will Have:Supply Chain Management experience within the specialty chemicals, gas, or semiconductor materials industry.APICS certification in CPIM or CIRM.Demonstrated leadership in transforming a complex manufacturing supply chain.Experience leveraging market intelligence to inform business planning and optimize decision making.Experience leveraging business and financial acumen to enable fast identification of business challenges, delivery of results, and generation of business value.Technical/tactical aptitude using SAP’s IBP tool and process, plus experience with SAP ECC6 and related support systems preferred.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
