Provide leadership on development projects and complex analysisCreate and maintain source to target mapping documentationDiagnose and recommend remediation of complex data issuesLead designs and development of custom integrationAnalyze and profile new and existing data sources
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology5-7 years of experience in information technologyExtensive experience with multiple third party middleware and operating systems environmentsWorking knowledge of at least one database product (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)Ability to read, write, and tune complex SQL statements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification in an IS technical discipline or related health care business fieldKnowledge of healthcare nomenclature and business processesExperience with healthcare applications (Cerner, Epic, Healthquest)Strong logical and analytical thinker with attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
