This role is responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships within our Premier Account, CDW.About usClimb Channel Solutions, part of Climb Global Solutions (NASDAQ: CLMB), with offices in the USA, Canada, Amsterdam, and the UK, is a specialty distributor focused on driving success with innovative vendors, value-added resellers, and managed service providers.About the roleThis role is responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships within an assigned territory as well as onboarding new reseller and MSP partners. As a key member of the sales team, the Account Executive will work with a variety of vendors to deliver innovative and advanced solutions to our value-added resellers and MSPs. The main function of the Account Executive will be to develop exceptional customer service for resellers for the entire “quote to order” sales life cycle.Your role will include but is not limited to:Responsible for specific sales territory and manage a high volume of email requests.Effective and accurate product recommendations, quoting, order processing, and customer service.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Own the development and implementation of sales strategies to enable existing value-added resellers and expand their vendor mix.Cultivating strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction.Familiarity and comfortability with a team environment that can identify partners with the greatest upside based on solution sales that match our product portfolio.Consistently articulating Climb Channel Solutions’ value proposition to assigned territory partners to maintain and increase Climb’s footprint within each customer.Performance management to measure partners’ success metrics to prioritize partner investments for future growth.Acting as a liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business within the assigned territory and gain market share.About youThe desired candidates are those looking for a well-established company that encourages an entrepreneurial mindset in a family-friendly, flexible work environment.You will have a minimum of 1-2 years professional experience, a bachelor’s degree, and be authorized to work in the US. You will be proficient in both written and verbal communication, with excellent organizational skills.
