Responsibilities:Daily tasks include scheduling and managing crews, working with the site superintendent, and constantly communicating with the client to ensure jobs are completed correctly and in the most efficient way possible.Act as lead Project Manager on the following types of projects:Excavation and grading workStormwater utility rehabFlushing/cleaning of underground stormwater systemsBioretention rehabilitationPond dredgingGreen roof maintenanceInfiltration systems maintenanceGet projects under contract working with client representatives after jobs have been won by our Estimating teamCoordinate with client's representative to confirm construction schedule and sequenceManage vendor and subcontractor buyoutGather submittal and safety information required for the projectPut together job sheets for foremen and crew to perform the work needed dailyManage our construction sequence by communicating with our Field and Operations Team, the GC, and our own subcontractors throughout the life of the projectCoordinate material deliveries and preloaded items for the crewsCheck in with crews every morning and afternoon to confirm production updates and address any other issuesCommunication with the client is critical for this role. We need someone who is extremely responsive and can manage multiple jobs and priorities at a given timeJob cost trackingRequirements:5 years experience as an APM and/or PM within an industry relevant/adjacent fieldAbility to read civil plans and knowledge of different types of site workStrong admin skills with reviewing cover sheets, costing sheets, AIA, and tracking change ordersExperience communicating with clients and/or General Contractor on projectsMicrosoft Office, Adobe, Blue Beam and experience with project management software is a plusCompensation:Yearly BonusPaid Holidays and VacationHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401K with Company matchMuller Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes hiring decisions solely on the basis of merit
