DescriptionPosition Summary:The eCommerce Marketplaces Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations and delivering profitable growth on the Sprink marketplace stores on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.Essential Functions:Oversee the daily operations of the marketplace stores.Lead and manage the e-Commerce and Marketing Activities for the portfolio of brands on Amazon and for other key marketplace accounts (Walmart, Target, etc.)Define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecast, plans and strategies.Enhance Content, SEO and Merchandising of product descriptions and data.Review Reporting & Analytics for Amazon.Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting, including sales, promotions, conversion, etc.Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes and opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives.Communicate findings, solutions and best practices to drive growth.Evaluate additional eCommerce channels, and determine market potential for new distribution channels.Oversee and verify reporting of eCommerce activities and other relevant data to provide appropriate insight and understanding of the marketplace.Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to required marketplace service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics.Work Environment & Physical Demands:Position operates in a home office setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers and phones.This is largely a sedentary role with extended periods of time typing and being on the phone.Company Paid Benefits:10 paid holidays.PTO.Teladoc– Telemedicine.Life insurance.Long term disability insurance.Employee assistance program (EAP).Company Offered Benefits:Dental.Vision.401(k) – first of the month after 90 days of employment – auto-enroll at 3%.Short term disability.Voluntary life insurance.Flexible spending account – health care and/or dependent care.Critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and accident insurance.Company Subsidized Benefits:Medical.* Benefit will be available on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.** Benefit will be available after 90 days of employment.About Us:Brook & Whittle Ltd. is one of North America’s leading Sustainable Labeling Solutions providers, producing pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging for many of the nation’s leading brands. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Requirements:Skills:Reading, writing, speaking and understanding English is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic math skills required.Must be detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications:3-5 years proven experience managing, optimizing, and promoting eCommerce Marketplace stores.Must have experience working with or working for Amazon, including direct Profit & Loss responsibility.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills to drive business strategy decisions.Content Management and optimization skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show consistent entrepreneurial initiative.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
