As a developer for our in-house EVIQ (https://www.eviq.sa/en/) platform, you will shape the future of sustainable transportation, creating a legacy in eco-friendly innovation.Your work on our CPMS and eMSP services will directly enhance the EV driving experience with a seamless app for locating, reserving, and paying for charging services.Plus, you’ll empower operators with critical insights to maintain an efficient and reliable network.You will be part of a greenfield project with the opportunity to leverage cloud-native and serverless technologies, all while enjoying corporate backing with the agility and freedom of a startup environment.Location:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability backend services and APIsCollaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicOptimise applications for maximum speed and scalabilityContribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testingWork closely with the product team to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical specificationsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them in project developmentWhat you’ll bring

5 years of experience in backend developmentProgramming Languages: Typescript, Java, Python, Bash ScriptingExperience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, NoSql, PostgreSQL)Very Good Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS)Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environmentsUnderstanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationClean Code and knowledge of design patterns in software developmentBackend Development: Node.js, Nest.js, Spring BootVery Good Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmicallyFamiliarity with Software ArchitectureWhat you’ll get
