Do you want to bring the good word of Raise Away to the people? If you answered yes to these questions, you might be a great fit for our Account Executive team. We are looking for a passionate individual who loves to help clients win big, challenge the status quo, and build long-term relationships with clients.RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely each year with various nonprofits and schools in assigned territory.Build long-term relationships with clients and manage 10,000+ accounts annually.Daily outreach to new/existing clients: phone calls, emails, Google Hangouts.Work within a CRM (Hubspot) daily to manage tasks and input data for tracking.Attend quarterly team gatherings, 2 per year at one of our travel destinations.Smash your monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.Participate in weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana projects.ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATESelf-starter, managing your schedule in a 100% remote environment.Asks lots of questions.Sales experience is a plus but not necessary.Not afraid to make phone calls or do video conference calls with clients.Growth mindset.Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus but not required.Prior Hubspot knowledge is a plus but not required.Solid organizational skills.Accepts feedback well and grows from it.Desire to win.Proactive and an independent problem solver.WHAT YOU GETA role at a kick-ass company.Unlimited vacation.Flexible work environment.Paycheck.Travel to amazing destinations on our dime.Benefits (Health & Dental & 401K).Passport Program - get a Raise Away trip 1x a year on us, plus airfare!Level Up - internal fund to help you grow personally and professionally.NEXT STEPSHere's what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy:Application.Fill out a form with basic information.15-minute introductory interview.45-minute interview with panel.30-minute interview with hiring manager.Final assignment and presentation.Offer!
