Energy Recruiters has partnered with a successful convenience retailer to support their search for a District Manager in Minnesota.Compensation:

MinnesotaResponsibilities:Provide leadership and commitment for the convenience retail industry with direct responsibility for 12-15 stores.Hire, develop, and support Store Managers and Customer Service Reps to maximize fuel, non-fuel sales, and operational excellence.Bring new ideas and concepts to reduce operational expenses, increase non-fuel income, and increase technological efficiencies.Identify and execute initiatives for growth and reinvestment.Design and implement Corporate Safety initiatives to increase safety in all aspects of the job.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of Convenience Retail Experience.Previous experience overseeing multiple locations.Foodservice experience is a plus.Experience with Marketing development and implementation.Highest level of integrity, energy, and intelligence.Significant exposure to retail and foodservice operations management, marketing, merchandising, and IT/MIS.Ability to build teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire.Contact:
