To learn more, visit carequest.org.JOB SUMMARY:We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and digital media. This role will be responsible for creating designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and resonate with our audience(s). You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design that meets our objectives and brand guidelines.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Conceptualize and create compelling designs for various marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, print collateral, tradeshow exhibits, and PowerPoint presentations.Develop and maintain brand identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Develop and maintain brand templates and standard assets across entities.Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, target audience(s), and requirements.Collaborate with senior management and external affairs to translate strategy and concepts into high-quality designs and support PowerPoint presentation development.Manage multiple projects across all entities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Make website design recommendations to improve UX and visual appearance.Produce motion graphics and gifs for social and digital advertising.Establish and maintain creative services request process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continue improving the quality and effectiveness of designs.Other duties as needed or required.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Required:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design lead role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design skills.Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience with both print and digital platforms.Experience with website design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.Attends additional training as requested/deemed necessary.Preferred:Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.Website design experience including email marketing design and code.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively.Manual dexterity and sitting is required in carrying out position responsibilities (i.e. use of personal computer).Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities required.Incumbent works primarily in either a private or shared office environment.
