You’re a strategic account manager who is motivated to develop and expand our relationships with our largest clients. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey application used by more than 2 million users nationwide and internationally since its launch, and we continue to see enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will have the opportunity to serve our strategic accounts in Fertility in order to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and grow revenue while also closely collaborating with our Customer Success, Sales and Product teams.This fully remote role reports to our Head of Fertility, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. We anticipate that this role will require up to 50% travel to client sites and conferences. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.What You’ll DoOwn the business relationship between EngagedMD and each strategic account, including cultivating productive and professional executive relationships, creating and owning the relationship map and overall account strategyWholly understand our clients’ needs and goals for their businesses in order to translate our products and services into solutions for those needsDeepen existing workflows and usage of EngagedMD products for each strategic account, leading the upsell cycleLead and convene cross-functional teams working to meet strategic account client needs through product updates and/or professional servicesCollaborate with the Customer Success team to meet strategic account needs in the day-to-day, relying on CS to lead on check ins, product updates, and implementation of new or upsold functionalityWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in enterprise account management and/or sales, in the fertility industryProven success building executive relationships and cross-functional account plans that lead to stronger business outcomesPrior experience creating or improving the quarterly and annual motions of a key account programStrong executive presence and executive-level communication skillsA mission-driven orientation to all you doSuperior written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaborative work orientation with ability to influence both peers and leadersAdvanced project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities at onceAbility to operate with both a sense of urgency and with integrityAbility to work autonomously and thrive in a small, fast-paced organizationBachelor’s degree or equivalent career experienceIt’s Also Nice If You…Have successfully worked remotely with distributed teams in the pastProficiency with Salesforce CRMWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and equityMedical, dental, and vision coverage heavily subsidized by the companyOpen Paid Time OffPaid family and medical leaveGenerous paid holidays401(k) retirement savings planEngagedMD is an equal opportunity employer.
