Start your journey.As a National Account Manager (NAM), Mid-Market you will be in a position of key importance as we continue to grow and expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients; developing strategic relationships with those clients and growing the share of travel spend with Egencia. You will also need to show period-over-period revenue growth, long-term profitability & client retention.RESPONSIBILITIES:You will optimize the Customer Engagement Process and reinforce the value of transacting with EgenciaYou will be responsible for insuring that the total share of corporate travel spend remains and grows with EgenciaYou will be involved with the client during implementation, launch and through the life of their Egencia partnership. They are the voice of the client, the advocate on product and service needs and must have an in-depth knowledge of Egencia products and offeringsYou will customize client travel plans, develop long-term relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyaltyYou will have a high bias for action, and a keen sense of attention to detailEXPERIENCE:5+ years’ experience in support of a B2B sales organizationexperience in account management &/or salesexperience working in a Corporate Travel sales organization a plusSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to concisely communicate key issues/results in a manner appropriate to the audienceAbility to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasivelyAbility to build & maintain relationshipsExcellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced work environment with time constraintsSuperb problem solving skills and can-do attitudeNatural customer service & support approach to workDevelop client portfolio, growth plan and transaction based forecastsAssist in sales, pre-sales and consulting services activitiesAbility to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environmentAbility to interpret information gathered and develop and present (orally and in writing) sound business conclusionsAbility to effectively manage and ensure timely delivery for client based projectsStrong qualitative and quantitative/ financial, customer service & account management skillsWho are we?We believe in being Different. Location United States - Virtual LocationThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $65,500 to $124,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.This role is eligible for one of our Variable Incentive Plans, which award cash incentives for individual and/or team achievement.
