This position can work out of Norwood, MA, Meriden, CT or Warwick, RI offices.Responsibilities:
Project scoping and estimatingManage field crews and perform Boundary Surveying, Construction Stakeout and ALTA surveysManage projects and budgetsTravel to job sitesMaintain quality control and keep the work on schedule and within budgetPreparation of proposalsResource planningClient contactExcellent verbal and written communication skills along with organizational skills are required for this position. Professional license is requiredThis individual will work closely with BL’s Survey Management team and will participate in overall operations of the department. The candidate will also participate in BL’s leadership development programs and will have a unique opportunity to make a broad and significant contribution to BL’s growth while advancing their leadership skills.Required Experience:
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (or ability to obtain) is a plusValid Drivers LicenseCAD, GPS, and Robotic knowledge4+ years experience in Land surveying
