Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Millennium, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks to assist the executives in achieving their strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage a heavy and constantly changing calendarScreen telephone calls, enquiries and requestsCoordinate of heavy meeting and conference call schedulesBook all travel arrangementsPrepare and process invoices, travel and expense reportsHandle of the lunch ordering and pick-up/delivery scheduleAssist with maintaining numerous files and records (both electronic and tangible)Welcome and look after visitorsQualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably in Financial ServicesStrong organizational, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated, trustworthy and committed to superior quality work with attention to detailsConfident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels including executive managementAble to multi-task efficientlyExercise of discretion regarding sensitive/confidential mattersStrong work ethic and ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibilityAbility to work independently with strong problem solving skills and with little or no direction.Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take action to keep things movingProficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel

Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
