Job DescriptionThe Vice President, Mid Market Product is a newly created role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Marketing. You will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the Epsilon’s integrated product suite ranging from Digital, Tech/Loyalty, People Cloud Messaging, Yieldify, CitrusAd, and Retargetly across the US Mid Market, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.The candidate selected for this role will have a blend of Product Management, Product Strategy, and Go-to-Market experience while partnering closely with Engineering teams globally. A successful candidate should have experience in developing and bringing to market a strong portfolio of Advertising Technology, Media, and Data products. The candidate will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising space, its evolution over time, and demonstrate a strategic vision for the future of Advertising Technology and Media ecosystem.Product Management, Strategy, & Go-to-Market

This role acts as an Epsilon innovator, building new products for Mid Market clients, partner agencies, media and industry. The role will develop and communicate key product differentiation strategies/messages to ultimately drive increased recognition and adoption of Epsilon’s people-based marketing solutions. Equally important, this role will ensure a unified global approach that applies to both core and developing markets outside the US.Responsibilities

Product Management

Define customer needs and stories with Epsilon product suite understanding while evolving existing platform(s) into new go-forward product set.Identify future product gaps and opportunities, understand competitive landscape and current customer insights and needs.Conduct embedded research and strategic value assessments of existing client and agency challenges/needs.External

Participate in major pitches, client meetings, analyst briefings.Represent Epsilon’s products at key industry events, panels and presentations (CES, Adobe, etc.).Develop client education and engagement opportunities (whiteboarding sessions, client bootcamps and people-based marketing educational series).Internal

Develop and execute Publicis cross-agency product adoption strategy.Define product requirements and participate in roadmap discussion with the PM team including things as feasibility, effort, financial impact (revenue / cost savings) and strategic value.Critical partner to other Product & Marketing stakeholders across the business, communicating plans, elevating questions, and paving our path forward; leveraging your knowledge of the market to influence the business and connect the dots for key stakeholders to drive increased alignment.Minimum Qualifications

Deep industry knowledge of Ad Tech media space.A minimum of 15 years of experience in management or supervisory roles within large-scale media businesses.Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking – ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, and data in service to new product solutions.Must be able to lead product transformation visioning and roadmap, while at the same time being comfortable in rolling up sleeves and lead the day-to-day activities.Successful managing and delivering a wide variety product solution to internal and external stakeholders.Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently.Proven experience influencing a business or marketing strategy through the application and/or management of competitive information, market awareness and product positioning.Ability to think strategically and ‘big picture’, to formulate appropriate product solutions to solve client business needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources).Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative.Demonstrated experience in providing effective leadership.Strong skills in coaching and mentoring team members.BA/BS degree. Advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.Salary Range $220,000.00 – $240,000.00 + eligibility for bonusAdditional Information
