What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is required5+ years of experience in defining, developing, and launching contact center software productsExperience working in an Agile/ Safe Agile environmentExperience using product management software such as AHA!, Rally, Jira, or othersExcellent verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with PBX operator consoles, IVR, call recording, ACD, Contact center reporting, and management toolsExperience in software product lifecycle managementTwo years of experience with computer systems, database programs, and word processing programs
