We are industry-leading experts, and we work hard to encourage a collaborative and team-oriented environment.A Day in the Life of a Proposal CoordinatorYou independently manage the full proposal lifecycle and coordinate proposal assignments with technical staff and teaming partners. You use your graphic design skills and creativity to produce appealing layouts in InDesign and ensure that proposals are compliant and meet Toole Design’s standards. You perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure products are error-free. You develop interview presentations and marketing collateral.Work Schedule for a Proposal CoordinatorThis full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. The Atlanta office of Toole Design is conveniently located downtown, within easy walking distance to MARTA and accessible by several bike routes. Facebook .RequirementsQualifications of a Proposal Coordinator:A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degreeOver two years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing and copy editing, and working with a teamAdvanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Basic experience with Illustrator and PhotoshopExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-taskExceptional organizational skillsA collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutionsYou’ll be great here if:Coordinating a team of people to produce a winning proposal satisfies your competitive spiritYou thrive on tight deadlines and can juggle multiple projects at once, while delivering high-quality work on timeYou enjoy collaborating and communicating with internal staff and external teaming partnersFormatting multi-page documents and designing compelling supportive graphics is second nature to youYou excel at managing multiple proposals simultaneouslyYou are calm, cool, and collected under pressure
