We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Account Manager to oversee and manage the cleaning operations for multiple education facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction while effectively managing teams, resources, and client relationships. This role is crucial to the operations side of our business, ensuring that our services meet the specific needs and expectations of educational institutions.
Responsibilities Include:Daily visits to various client sites within the Atlanta Metro areaInterview, hire, and train janitorial staffOversee the daily workflow and schedule assignments of staffConduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspectionsManage staff hours, payroll, and site budgetTrack inventory and suppliesMaintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the janitorial contract are being satisfied.Demonstrate and promote company culture, values, and management philosophyQualifications
5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial fieldExperience managing janitorial operationsProven experience motivating and training staffSense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directedAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time managementStrong service/quality mindsetProfessionalismProven computer skills
