About the RoleThe Research team is looking for a researcher who will proactively shape insights and innovation within our consumer products team.
Within the Consumer team, the DashPass group is building the most rewarding membership program for local commerce offering unparalleled savings, the best service and exclusive access to your neighborhood. If you are passionate about research and being part of a dynamic team, this role is for you!
You will report into our Senior Manager, Research on our Research team in our Product organization. This role is hybrid, 1-2 days a week working from one of our Design hubs.

Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity and then chart a path forward.
Influence the team's approach to product development.

We're excited about you because…
You have 5+ years of demonstrable experience in quantitative / qualitative research and/or product, UX, or user research, including writing and analyzing surveys.
You can define research questions and scope, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
You can proactively work with several functions across the company.
You are passionate about translating findings into creative and strategic recommendations.
You excel in a dynamic environment.
You have an advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or a related research or scientific field (While this is preferred, it is not required).
CompensationThe location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
