This company is looking to increase market share in the Southern California/Portland/Seattle/Phoenix/Las Vegas territory. This company has increased revenue 9x in the past 5 years with this new leadership team!They are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Representative to join their team. This position will focus on renting/selling their above-ground shoring products to shoring companies.Responsibilities:Promote and rent/sell above-ground shoring products to companies that specialize in shoring all throughout the Southern CA/Portland/Seattle/Phoenix/Las Vegas territoryFocus on managing and upselling current clients in the territoryMonitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are metPromote and upsell value-added services including 3D ModelingProvide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issuesQualifications:2+ years of experience renting/selling above-ground shoringExperience significantly growing territory sales for multiple yearsMust reside somewhere within the territory (Southern CA, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas)Experience selling safety supplies/solutions is a plusExperience with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteCompensation:Base salary in the 80k – 135k/year range plus
