Job Summary:

Go Luxury Auto Group LLC is an elite boutique automotive retail store in Texas, located in the design district, prominent area in Dallas. Family-owned and operated, we have over 35,000 sq ft of showroom space. Go Luxury Auto Group LLC will sell luxury vehicles from various manufacturers (Mercedes, Benz, Lexus, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Porsche, Audi, etc.). We aim to service a wide range of clientele in the DFW market and beyond. Go Luxury Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Operation Store Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.

The ideal candidate should have a track record of successful management positions with at least 10 years of upper management experience in sales & finance, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

You will oversee daily operations and assist our Product Specialists and sales managers in setting ambitious yet realistic goals. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.

Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels.

Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the car boutique.

Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and boutique staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales.

Maintain a professional appearance.

Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Possess a goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating prices.

Prepare and administer monthly and annual operating forecasts and budgets for the store.

Ensure proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.

Help salespeople close deals.

Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards.

Oversee customer satisfaction ratings of the boutique.

Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the local market's needs.

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing them with upper boutique management.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED equivalent needed.

10 years of experience in automobile management & finance required.

5 or more years of experience in GSM or general manager position for a dealership or independent is a must.

Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends is essential.

Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehicles.

Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success.
