Job Description

As the

Project Manager- Installation Operations , you will manage and oversee the operations for our Water Business Unit residential installation business. You will manage our external partners and installation contractors (schedules, communications) and monitor quality and customer satisfaction by tracking KPIs and using problem-solving skills to address any customer concerns as the Subject Matter Expert on our Moen Smart Water devices. As the business grows, you will identify and build the additional processes, systems, and support needed to expand.

The ideal candidate will have (5+) experience in project management in the construction industry and knowledge of plumbing industry standards and regulations. You will have experience using project management software and demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once and effectively communicating and reporting progress across various levels of management. You must be able to travel domestically 25% of the time.

This position is

remote based

in the United States. The targeted salary range is

$100K-150K base with bonus opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage multiple external partners that will install the Moen smart water devices in residential buildings including daily management of rates, quality, and customer satisfaction.Ensure Install Operations run smoothly, keeping a high bar in terms of install speed and quality.Develop new installation partners and onboard them in the network as needed, to increase our coverage and/or reduce costs and/or improve quality.Create and update installation procedures and communications to plumbers and other contractors to ensure efficient processing of new orders.Lead continuous improvement initiatives on install success and time to install.Engage cross-functional stakeholders as needed to drive resolution to installer and customer issues.Build team, process & systems needed to manage complexities of residential installation business.Communicate with key internal stakeholders around support needed for new and existing business, creating installation services as a key differentiator from our competition.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent construction or plumbing experience.5+ years’ experience in Operations, Logistics, &/or Construction (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing).Thorough understanding of construction &/or plumbing installation project management.Ability to effectively communicate across multiple disciplines and levels, ranging from senior management to peers.Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.Preferred Qualifications

Plumbing license /Master Plumbing license.Knowledge of California construction plumbing codes.Additional Information
