As a Product Director you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch.Creating more delightful user experiences for businesses when they set up, monitor, and operate their online stores with Airwallex online payments.Building robust clearing and settlement mechanisms that ensure businesses have full visibility over their expected cash flow and protect Airwallex from financial risks.Improving Airwallex's reporting capabilities to streamline reconciliation processes for businesses and allowing them to fully optimize the online payments operations.Requirements
8 to 15 years of overall professional experience.4+ years of formal people management experience.Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline is preferred.Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.).Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experiences in working with credit/ lending institutions, working on underwriting engine is strongly preferred.Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights.Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time.Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology.Solid technical understanding and ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams.Working experiences with enterprise customers is preferred.Equal opportunity
