You will take a leadership role in the development and communication of key performance indicators and strategic analyses for key stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for Market Access Stakeholders and will be responsible for Market Access monthly/weekly/ad hoc analytics, and market access dashboard management.As part of the commercial Analytics team, you will work with an array of internal and external partners in a highly collaborative setting designed to share data, insights, and perspectives that all contribute to the strategic priorities of Abbott Diabetes Care. We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.What You'll DoData AnalyticsProactively conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses around ambiguous problems leveraging large data sets (incl. prescription, medical claims, and/or longitudinal patient-level data)Build models and automated dashboards to monitor and optimize business performance, address business questions, and inform business decisionsConduct pre and post deal ROI analysis to support payer and provider contracting strategies.Summarize and present the insights to the Market Access leadership team and field team.Manage payer mapping and payer grouping dataOptimize the impact of data and drive efficiency through advancement of analytical toolsEnsure data and analysis accuracy and timely completion of deliverables while managing multiple projectsStrategic Insights & Problem Solving:Collaborate with account managers to develop strategic insights for conversations with payers.Become a subject matter expert, trusted advisor, and source of truth for the ADC organizationInterpret data trends and present data-driven strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership related to business performance, operations, and customer insightsTeamwork and Collaboration:Partner with internal (e.g., Market Access team, commercial, marketing, and finance) and external (e.g., vendors & agencies) stakeholders to align on business objectives, expectations, timelines, and action planEffectively communicate and actively collaborate within and beyond the team to manage data and build actionable KPIs and analytics.Experience You'll BringRequiredBachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum 9 years of related work experience.Preferred5+ years analytical experience desired, preferably in the healthcare industry in a market access or business analytics role.Strong understanding of Pharmacy Benefits Plan Design and co-pay fundamentals, Pharmacy Benefits Management business models and formulary strategy, Pharmacy Claims Adjudication and Utilization Management dynamics, United States Healthcare Reimbursement System and Drug Supply ChainExperience utilizing big data sets with medical claims and/or longitudinal patient-level informationStrong strategic thinking, executive presence capabilities, and attention to detailAdvanced communication and presentation skills including ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations with visual storytelling and adjust the story/details based on the audienceDeep understanding of latest analytical tools and dashboarding technologies, data warehousing, software, process, and applications (e.g., SQL, Tableau, AWS, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, etc.)Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
