The Sales Director role exists to manage a team of new business sellers focused on the largest and most strategic customer accounts and prospects in the Strategic Corporate and/or Digital Markets. This team focuses on selling ThreatMetrix, Behaviosec, and Emailage products and solutions.You'll Be Responsible For:

Planning, coaching, and managing of sales employees on your team. Engaging directly with customers and prospects to help advance the team’s funnel and close deals.Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Managing sales funnel and pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and providing scheduled updates to sales leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.Partnering with the appropriate core sales teams on strategy, prospecting and sales activity efficiencies.Collaborating internally with key partners such as market planning, product, and operations to support customer and sales team needs, while leading escalation requests when appropriate.Developing and communicating key strategies and account plans to sales leadership and market planning on a regular basis. So that effective sales strategies can be developed that keep pace with the changing needs of the marketplace and your areas business strategy.Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Extensive experience selling fraud prevention solutions to Fortune 500 companies.5+ years of experience in sales management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Have proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals.Experience in face-to-face consultative selling and needs identification at multiple levels of an organization.Experience in formulating and implementing winning strategic sales and marketing plans.Able to travel up to 25%.Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and our culture here.
