WMC is looking for a B2B Marketing Analyst with a proven record of turning data into insights and helping the marketing team become a data-driven organization. This person would be responsible for building the frameworks, tools, and resources to optimize the growth marketing team's initiatives that enable the success of partners and sellers who advertise on our platform.
ResponsibilitiesBuild, scale and operate the measurement framework and tools, key performance indicators, and targets for B2B marketing initiatives.Work with different teams and data sources to create an actionable and accurate "single source of truth" by utilizing Tableau.Build a customer data platform that captures data from all customer interactions and combines that with internal systems, helping marketing create meaningful interactions from data insights.Create reports and dashboards that power marketing attribution and prove marketing's direct impact on the business.Be a strategic partner to marketing leads and cross-functional stakeholders in Partner Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations.Contribute to the team and Walmart Connect's culture, mission, and goals by building relationships and trust, operating with excellence, staying curious, and embracing a growth mindset.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 1 year's experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or a related field.3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing analytics with a proven record of helping drive revenue at scale.Experience measuring success across marketing channels - including but not limited to: paid media, email, virtual & in-person events and webinars, social, and sales enablement.Experience creating, measuring full funnel outcomes, and optimizing audience segments based on target criteria.Expert level knowledge in Tableau.Advanced SQL knowledge and modeling skills.Hands-on experience with other tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics tools for Meta, LinkedIn, etc.Impeccable communication and organizational skills that enable cross-functional collaboration with many stakeholders for multiple projects at once, and to execute them efficiently and effectively.Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and engaging in challenging discussions.
Preferred QualificationsTableau Certified Data Analyst certification.Experience with Statistical Modeling.Proficiency in Python, R, Excel VBA.Knowledge of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities.
Position LocationsSan Bruno, CAHoboken, NJHybrid Schedule: 3 days a week in the office (not a remote/virtual position).
