Help Desk Specialist Contract

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company based out of Washington D.C. that is looking to add a contract Help Desk Specialist to their team. Compensation for this role is up to $35 per hour. This is an on-site position.Requirements:Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.Required experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.Flexibility to support a rotating 24/7 schedule.Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.Friendly, helpful attitude with good interpersonal skills and empathy.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Knowledge of G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plus.Ability to train end users on common technical issues.Capable of providing technical support over the phone.Strong problem-solving skills and abstract thinking.U.S. Citizenship.Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Why you want the job:A growing and stable company.Great company culture.Great resume builder!
