We do this by understanding our evolving office and location needs so we can create workplace experiences that support Remitly's work models, create excitement and foster meaningful connections.You will report to the Sr. Program Manager - Real Estate at our Seattle, Washington corporate headquarters where you will work with internal and external partners worldwide. You will ensure efficient execution of real-estate projects and lead as an expert to influence and improve Remitly's global footprint.You WillManage project planning, execution, monitoring and closing.Define requirements, procedures and budget.Control project scope, schedule, cost and quality.Coordinate internal and external teams to accomplish goals.Ensure standards are in place for workplace operations, safety, security, business continuity and sustainability.Be the primary contact for all project-related questions.Keep relevant partners informed with targeted updates.Help create scalable, repeatable and global frameworks.Support office expansions, moves and wind-downs.Evaluate risks and opportunities, leading teams to address them.Review business strategy recommendations for implementation.You HaveMinimum 3 years' experience managing projects.Minimum 3 years in real-estate, facilities management, workplace services or similar area.Minimum 2 years of experience with data, financial or business analysis.Bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering, construction management, similar degree or equivalent experience.Compensation DetailsThe starting base salary range for this position is typically $68,000-$76,500. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
