PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION CLINICIANArbour Counseling Services , a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, provides trusted quality and experience throughout our continuum of behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. Arbour Counseling Services prioritizes quality and convenience for the communities we serve while providing compassionate care for all.**Currently offering up to a $8k Bonus for this role***About the Role:Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full Time Clinician opportunities for Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards licensure in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Allston, MA. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. We strive to offer compassionate and innovative care to the youth and families we serve.The Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist's training, experience and general level of competence.Essential Responsibilities:Provide individual, family and group therapy sessionsConduct intakes as well as handle both case and crisis managementSupport clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resourcesQualifications:Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program is required (Counseling or Social Work preferred)Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.Must be comfortable with a fast pace work environment and handling clients in crisisNonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skillsAbility to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insightDemonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgroundsGood time management skills necessary to maintain timely record keepingCandidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentationCandidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentationEEO StatementAll UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
