Our architecture is based on photonics which gives us the ability to produce our components using existing high-volume semiconductor manufacturing processes, the same processes that are today producing billions of chips for telecom and consumer electronics applications. Since photons don't feel heat, we can take advantage of existing cryogenic cooling systems, the kind that have been operating at facilities like the Stanford Linear Accelerator (SLAC). And because photons are in fact light, they can move between subsystems at tremendous speed using standard fiber connectivity.
Our team is building a utility scale quantum computer and the software tools needed to build fault tolerant quantum applications. We're a highly motivated and collaborative group focused on a singular goal - building the world's first useful quantum computer on the fastest path possible.

Job Summary:
PsiQuantum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting activities related to corporate finance, project finance, and business development across a number of topics and initiatives and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a transformational technology company.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Finance:
Support capital raising activities, including equity and debt financing. Assist in developing and executing financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational objectives.Corporate Development:
Conduct financial analysis for business development and strategic partnerships opportunities. Prepare detailed financial models to support business development initiatives.Project Finance:
Work cross-functionally to manage the financial planning and analysis of large-scale projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with financing requirements.Financial Modeling:
Develop and maintain comprehensive, sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and modeling results.
Experience/Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. An MBA or CFA designation is preferred.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier investment bank. Additional relevant work experience in corporate finance within the tech sector is highly desirable.Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.Team Player:
Proven ability to work collaboratively, thrive, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment with the opportunities and challenges of a scale-up. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
