Your work will impact the financial statements seen by various groups within the company. You will help reduce the close window and implement efficiencies related to systems, financial reporting, and audits to support our high-paced, rapidly expanding company.WHAT YOU'LL DOBe a key player in the month-end closing process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling account balances, recording transactions, and performing financial analyses.Manage the cash application process, including matching bank activity to the general ledger and reconciling all cash balances. Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accuracy of bill payments and collections.Take ownership of the monthly accrual process to accurately capture transactions in the accounting period, including expense reports, legal accruals, and subsequently received bills.Prepare financial reconciliations timely and research and resolve variances as needed.Work with and support other finance teams (FP&A, AP, AR, Revenue) and perform ad-hoc projects within the scope of the role, as necessary.Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support continued company and team growth.Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes.Maintain a no job too small mentality; be curious and helpful to others.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA preferred2-3 years’ experience in accounting under US GAAP; public accounting/audit experience preferred.Highly detail-oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAPAnduril is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
