Leverage DevOps concepts that promote good quality and automation practicesCreate detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases that are automatableCreate system or business process flow diagramsUtilize structured query language (SQL) for data mining and data seeding purposesIdentify critical path regression scenariosConduct root cause analysis and participate in debugging activitiesParticipate in release/sprint planning activities and daily stand-up meetingsParticipate in user story creation, backlog refinement scrum ceremonies ensuring appropriate test acceptance criteria, test cases, and test plans are in placeProvide story points estimates for quality deliverable portion of a user storyProvide an hours estimate for quality assurance tasks being performed for user storiesAccountable for regular status updates to all assigned sprint tasks during daily stand-up meetingsTechnologies

One or more of the following preferred: SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRSQualifications

Minimum of 1-year experience working as quality engineer required1-3 years' experience working in an agile environment requiredExperience in DevOps preferredAbility to problem solve and implement solutionsUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Understanding of testing methodologies, techniques and toolsHighly self-motivated with the ability and dedication to meeting aggressive deadlines while ensuring quality deliveryCapable of writing test cases, executing test cases and bug trackingUnderstanding of automation tools and automated test capabilitiesAbility to understand and embrace our SDLC, business processes, and strategyUnderstanding of Agile Development Methodology (SCRUM)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members and customersHealthcare Industry experience preferredEducation
