This role will be responsible for leading and managing a large-scale technical portfolio of products partnering with Product Management, Technology, and Design, ensuring proactive engagement across stakeholders and managing ongoing integration points. S/he will be responsible for ongoing proactive communication to deliver on the strategic product roadmap in alignment with the technical strategy, streamline initiatives, and identify and remove barriers.The ideal candidate will have proven technical experience in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives, change management, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure teams are well-managed, driving iterative delivery and outcomes. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with Associates within a Product Portfolio and Technology for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness. In addition, this role will support the Product Organization to regularly drive alignment, secure resources, and overcome impediments.Job Responsibilities:Develop an integrated program plan in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Business to launch, deliver and continuously improve processes for a portfolio of technology productsOptimize and drive migration to a common toolset to enable transparency within a portfolio of productsFacilitate roadmap alignment across products within the portfolio and escalate competing priorities with product technology partnersSupport the definition, launch and execution of communication cadences and interaction models across products within the portfolioOKR development and alignment at the product portfolio levelSupport standardization of data, value, and analytics for product portfolioPartner with Product Management, Design and Technology to map outcomes and value creation to a 12-18-month strategic portfolio roadmapPartner with Product Management, Design and Technology to continuously assess performance of products within the portfolio and identify any areas where cost of product is higher than value generated with recommendations on next stepsPartner closely with Product, Design, Technology and Finance to monitor product portfolio budget, forecasting and resource planning while finding opportunities for budget efficienciesDrive awareness and excitement around priorities and associated outcomes for the product portfolioSupport the implementation of go-to-market strategy associated with product changes or launches within the portfolioEnsure product portfolio team is leveraging design thinking, systems thinking and agile best practices as part of the product life cycleContinuously monitor and report on product management flow within the product portfolio inclusive of backlog health, velocity, commitment reliability, and time to market with recommendations for improvementFind and support opportunities for process improvement, in partnership with Product, Technology, and BusinessIdentify training needs to ensure adoption of defined processes, interaction models, and toolsCoordinate mentorships and training programs within the product portfolioMonitor, manage, and continuously improve associate culture and engagement within the product portfolioSupport the product development program rotating Associates across the organization to develop product and design competenciesTechnical background in building highly scalable platforms, products or services and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks in the product delivery lifecycle.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceAt least 8 years’ experience leading and managing large-scale digital transformation or technology initiatives to modernize web and mobile applications, APIs, artificial intelligence, and/or conversational platformsAt least 5 years implementing agile methodologies on software engineering initiativesPreferred Qualifications:Technical product or project managementExperience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and drive changeAttention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing changeFamiliar with modern product organizations and related transformationProficiency in complex facilitation and dependency managementDemonstrated experience influencing leadership and setting expectations for large cross-functional initiativesDesign Thinking, SAFE Agilist, Lean Portfolio Management, Azure, Product Certifications preferredAnnual Salary:

$128,000.00 - $224,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
