Director, Demand Generation

to lead and champion innovative marketing strategies that effectively convey our narrative. This role will be responsible for

doxy.me ’s demand generation strategy, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will know how to drive awareness and engagement throughout the buyer lifecycle for SMB through Enterprise and manage execution across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, events, social media, and more.What you’ll doDevelop, socialize, and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across digital, email, social media, content marketing, and events to support our business objectives and annual revenue goals.

Coordinate and execute events and webinars to generate leads, engage prospects, and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring seamless integration with overall demand generation strategy.

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of demand generation efforts ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Collaborate with the Brand and Product Marketing team to create compelling and relevant content that drives lead generation and nurtures prospects through the sales funnel.

Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing-to-Sales processes and workflows to improve funnel performance.

Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team to increase pipeline growth, acquire new customers, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Your skills and experience10+ years of proven experience in demand generation, with a track record of driving significant pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing.

Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and leverage insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, how healthcare professionals and organizations think, where they go for information, how to effectively communicate to them.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Strong technical proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot’s a bonus, others i.e. Salesforce/Marketo welcome), Analytics (Looker, Tableau etc.) and general tech.
