We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join the Stairwell team. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience, ideally within the security industry, who is eager to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help define and deliver innovative security solutions that meet the needs of our customers.Product Manager Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation.Help define product features, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog.Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.Assist in creating and updating product documentation, including user guides and release notes.Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product improvements.Product Manager Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in product management, with a preference for candidates with experience in the security industry.Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Experience with market research and competitive analysis.Minimum Salary of $150,000-180,000 + equity + benefits.
