USWA Wealth Distribution Partners SpecialistBlackRock is seeking senior, client-facing sales professionals across several Specialist Sales roles to become part of our US Wealth Advisory (USWA) team. Our USWA team establishes relationships with wealth management firms and platforms to distribute BlackRock's alpha-seeking and iShares investment capabilities and drives the adoption of BlackRock's portfolio construction and digital wealth technologies by financial advisors.Responsibilities
The Specialist Sales team consists of six unique roles with various opportunities to accelerate major drivers of USWA’s key product and solution areas.Models Specialist: The key responsibility of this role is to accelerate the growth of Model Portfolios across our client base.Portfolio Engagement Specialist: The main responsibility of this role is to partner with field sales partners to deepen relationships with financial advisors.SMA Specialists: This team is responsible for accelerating the growth of Separately Managed Accounts across our client base.Alternatives Specialist: This role is responsible for developing client relationships and educating Financial Advisors on the benefits of investing in the Alternatives.Wealth Solutions Specialist: This role is responsible for accelerating growth of all products and solutions across various client segments.Edward Jones Specialist: This role is responsible for developing and deepening relationships with the largest and fastest growing advisors at Edward Jones.Qualifications
Exhibit high-level market knowledge and ability to converse with financial advisors on investment solutions and current economic and market conditions.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.3+ years of experience in mutual fund or brokerage industry required.Strong knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment while being a driven self-starter.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight time constraints.Proven MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with web-based technology.Clean U-4.Benefits
