Responsibilities:

Develop and define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver top-notch products that solve real-world problems.Oversee all stages of the product life cycle from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.Use Agile methodologies and Scrum framework to manage product development.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.Measure and analyze product performance, and use insights to optimize the product and drive continuous improvement.Manage and prioritize product backlog, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders.Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our products.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.Proven experience with B2B software, consulting, software development, Scrum, Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, project management, and product development.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong understanding of the technology market and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Passion for technology and a customer-centric approach.Interested in hearing more?
