As the Director of Enterprise Demand Generation, you'll be in charge of building and managing a team of entrepreneurial marketers with a wide variety of career experience across science/engineering, investment banking, corporate strategy, growth marketing and B2B marketing. Responsibilities Work alongside Verkada’s CMO and the Growth team to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact Strategize and execute on ABM or volume-based campaigns that quantitatively prove impact to the bottom line of our top strategic accounts. Engage with a fast-growing Enterprise Sales teams to support partner marketing efforts and team goals Partner with the content, solutions and creative marketing teams to best position our products across multiple industries. Work closely with the marketing operations team to automate and scale campaigns that are widely ROI positive. Build a team of highly motivated individuals with high IQ/EQ who can operate together to hit pipeline and revenue targets. Qualifications 4-year undergraduate bachelor's degree (top 20 school highly preferred) 7 - 12 years of work experience including at least 2 years in marketing At least 2 years of management experience of full-time employees Business-level english fluency in verbal and written communication Impeccable quantitative ability to analyze data A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity Relentless puzzle solving obsession Pay Disclosure $230,000 - $280,000 USD As an equal opportunity employer, Verkada is committed to providing employment opportunities to all individuals.
