What You’ll Do:

The Corporate Executive Assistant will be instrumental in managing the team of 3 executives’ schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization, and coordinating key activities such as executive and quarterly meetings. This role involves proactive calendar management, email management, preparation for upcoming events, and the ability to pivot as the executives’ schedule as needed. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.

What You’ll Bring:7+ years of experience in executive leadership support.3+ years of direct experience supporting C-Suite Executives.Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities.Manage executives’ inbox, ensuring essential messages are addressed and non-essential messages are cleaned out and managed appropriately.Travel Coordination and Management.Communication and Advocacy.Advocate for the CFO’s leadership team priorities and preferences, exercising judgment on how to best protect the CFO’s leadership team’s time.Executive Leadership Team Support and office management.Meeting Coordination; scheduling and agenda creation.Support team meetings and other high-level gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and providing any necessary documentation.

Connecticut Hiring Range:

$100,000—$110,000 USD
